AI Photo Studio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the app.

  1. Information We Collect

AI Photo Studio does not require account creation and does not collect personal identifiers such as name, email, phone number, or address.

The app processes the following data only when you choose to use the app’s features:

Images selected by you from your device gallery for AI-based image generation

Basic device information may be automatically collected by advertising services (such as Google AdMob) in accordance with their privacy policies.

  1. How Images Are Used

When you generate an image:

The selected image is securely transmitted to Google’s AI services (Gemini image generation APIs) via the Firebase AI SDK to generate the requested output image.

The image is used only for the requested generation task.

We do not use your images to train our own AI models.

AI Photo Studio does not access your images in the background and only processes images you explicitly select.

  1. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for specific functionality:

Google Gemini AI (Image Generation)
Images you select are securely transmitted to Google’s AI infrastructure to generate AI-created images. Processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and applicable terms.

Firebase AI SDK
Used to securely communicate with Google AI services.

Google AdMob
Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device-level information such as advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

Each third-party service processes data according to its own privacy policy.

  1. Data Storage and Retention

We do not permanently store your original images on our own servers.

Generated images may be stored locally on your device or temporarily cached for app functionality.

You can clear your generation history at any time from the app settings.

  1. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

Images are transmitted only to Google AI services for processing required to generate your requested output.

We do not share your images with advertisers.

  1. Permissions

The app requests access to:

Media images – to allow you to select photos for AI generation.

Permissions are used only after user action and only for the stated purpose.

  1. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data during transmission and processing, including secure communication with Google’s services. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

  1. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

This app generates synthetic visual content using artificial intelligence. Generated images are AI-created and may not represent real photographs.

We prohibit the use of this app for non-consensual, harmful, or unlawful content generation.

  1. Children’s Privacy

AI Photo Studio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
