The content of the app is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

User has to register to the application by entering Email Id, mobile number and Password. This information will be sent to server and will be stored in server securely. User can then request tracking of their family members and see their location in the app. 

The app does no harmful changes to your mobile.

Neither the app nor any third parties components used by the app provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered by this app and on our website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Communication between The App and Website

No information will be sent outside of the app/device without your approval. Only registration information will be sent from the device to the server. When another app user requests your location, you will be asked to approve (or deny) the requests. If you allow tracking your device for the specified duration, only then your tracks will be made available to the person requesting access. If you deny, the request will be rejected immediately.

Following are the information that will be shared while your track is made available to the user.

1. Location of the device (Latitude and Longitude).

2. Location settings of the device - whether GPS is enabled or disabled.

Whenever your track is being made available to others, a non-cancellable notification will be displayed in the notification bar. You can tap on the notification and view the tracks that is being shared. You can also terminate the sharing of your track with just one click. All the communication exchanges will happen in a human unreadable format. Please note that the server is located in US.

Location Access Details

The app needs to fetch location even when the app is in background (using foreground service) so that it can reply with exact location when location command is received. 

- The location info is collected only when location request is received. The location information will be collected in background as well since a command can be received when the app is not in foreground.

- A notification is displayed whenever the app runs in background.

- The location access is optional and if location access is denied by the you, the app will continue to work but with limited functionality (no location replies to location requests)

- The location info collected is displayed in the history view. User can view the location in Google Map view as well.

- When you uninstall the app, all the data collected, including the location data, will be permanently deleted.
